h4. Various bugfixes

This release focus on fixing many bugs that has been reported by our users. Including:

- User configured preferred timezone will be respected in all display of date and time
- Fix display of dynamic thresholds in line chart when custom scope are chosen
- Fix display of the value `0` in DeviceChannel element in dashboard
- Allow driver to upload file larger than 4MB, with a maximum of roughly 15MB
- Fix tracking of device usage when command are being sent directly from the device's dashboard
